  • Passenger details: Names, dates of birth, and contact information for flight passengers.
  • Identity documents: Passport images and government-issued ID uploads required for flight operations.

  • Flight requests: Departure and arrival airports, travel dates, passenger counts, and trip preferences.
  • Communications: Messages sent through our AI assistant (Rooster) and any correspondence with our team.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Device information: Device type, operating system version, and unique device identifiers for push notification delivery.
  • Location data: With your permission, approximate location to help you find nearby airports. We only access location when you actively use the airport search feature.
  • Usage data: Pages visited, features used, and interaction patterns to improve the Service.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
  • Process and manage flight charter requests and bookings
  • Communicate with you about flights, quotes, and account activity
  • Send push notifications about flight status updates (with your consent)
  • Generate boarding passes and travel documents
  • Provide AI-powered flight planning assistance through Rooster
  • Improve and personalize the Service
  • Comply with legal obligations, including aviation regulations

4. How We Share Your Information

We share your information only as necessary to operate the Service:

  • Charter operators: Passenger manifests, travel documents, and flight details are shared with aircraft operators to fulfill your bookings.
  • Fixed-base operators (FBOs): Arrival and departure information for ground handling services.
  • Service providers: We use Zoho CRM to manage business operations and Cloudflare for infrastructure and security. These providers process data on our behalf under contractual obligations.
  • Legal requirements: We may disclose information when required by law, regulation, or legal process, including aviation security requirements.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes. We do not use your data for cross-app tracking.

5. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data:

  • All data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS encryption
  • Authentication tokens are stored in the iOS Keychain, the most secure on-device storage
  • Biometric authentication (Face ID / Touch ID) protects app access
  • Device integrity is verified through Apple App Attest
  • Identity documents and sensitive files are stored in encrypted cloud storage (Cloudflare R2)
  • API access is rate-limited and monitored

While we strive to protect your information, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Flight records and booking history are retained as required by aviation regulations. When you request account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
